Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.

A replacement or refund may be provided only if:

- You receive a damaged or leaking product.
- An incorrect item is delivered.
- The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect.

To report an issue, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or a replacement product may be shipped at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

- Opened or consumed products.
- Personal taste preferences.
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by courier partners or customer unavailability.
- Dissatisfaction due to individual variations in results.
